BAKED SCALLOPS Chinese Food

INGREDIENTS :
10 fresh scallops, some coriander, 1/2 onion, some garlic.

SEASONINGS:
(1) 1T Shaoxing wine.
(2) 4T ketchup, 1/2TT sugar, 2t rice vinegar.

 
PREPARATION :
1. Soak scallops in salty water for 15 minutes; Remove; Discard the dark green gall bladder next to the flesh; Scrub thoroughly with a small brush; Drain; Drizzle evenly with seasoniong (1); Leave for 5 minutes.
2. Pre-heat oven to 250�C.
3. Peel, rinse and mince garlic; Peel, rinse and mince onion; Rinse and mince coriander.
4. Wrap the scallops in aluminium foil; Put in the oven and bake for 5 minutes; Remove and cool at room temperature briefly.
5. Add seasoning (2), minced garlic and minced onion to a bowl; Mix well; Sprinkle evenly on the scallops; Garnish with minced coriander. Ready to serve.
